 Each participating facility is assigned a unique Program ID and verification code.

These identifiers provide direct access to a dedicated verification page confirming the current status of the EarthSmart Water Management Program associated with that facility.

 Verification pages provide confirmation of:

• Program status
   
• Program activity and review schedule
   
• Scope of systems covered
   
• Ongoing service oversight
   

 Program status reflects the current standing of a Water Management Program based on the most recent service activity and review.

 Verification is typically accessed by scanning the QR code provided at the facility.
